Refund Policy (Credit Purchase Model)
This policy governs the terms for obtaining a refund for purchased credits used to access the Genius Cue Prompt Generation Service.
1. General Principle (Non-Refundable)
Genius Cue operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model. When you purchase credits, you receive immediate access to the digital Service and the ability to generate content. Once credits have been utilised, they are non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility: First-Time Purchase Guarantee
We offer a limited refund guarantee for first-time credit buyers to ensure satisfaction with the core functionality of the Service:
a. Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a credit package.
b. Time Frame: You must request the refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date.
c. Usage Limit: The refund will only be granted if the account has utilised fewer than three (3) credits since the initial purchase. If three or more credits have been used, the purchase is deemed finalised, and no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Subsequent Purchases: Any credit recharge or top-up after the initial purchase.

Used Credits: Any portion of a credit pack that has been actively used (deducted for generating prompts or content).

Account Termination for Cause: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., prohibited use, scraping, fraud).

Rate Changes: If you are dissatisfied with a change in the cost (in credits) required for a specific tool.
4. Credit Disputes (Technical Errors)
If you believe credits were deducted from your account due to a technical error, bug, or failure of the Service to generate an output, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of the incident. We will investigate the claim and, if confirmed, restore the lost credits to your account. Cash refunds are not provided for technical credit disputes.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the First-Time Purchase Guarantee, you must:

6. Processing Refunds
