1. General Principle (Non-Refundable)

GeniusCue operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model.

  • Purchased credits provide immediate access to the digital Service.

  • Once credits are used for generating content, they are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to all payment methods.


 

2. Refund Eligibility — First-Time Purchase Guarantee

To ensure user satisfaction, we provide a limited refund guarantee for first-time credit buyers:

  1. Eligibility: Applies only to the initial purchase of a credit package.

  2. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the initial purchase date.

  3. Usage Limit: The account must have used fewer than 3 credits. If 3 or more credits are used, the purchase is final.


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Subsequent Purchases: Any credit top-up or recharge after the first purchase.

  • Used Credits: Any portion of a credit pack that has been used.

  • Account Termination for Cause: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions (fraud, scraping, abuse).

  • Pricing/Rate Changes: Dissatisfaction due to credit cost changes for specific tools.


 

4. Technical Credit Disputes

If credits are deducted due to system errors, bugs, or AI output failures:

  1. Notify support@geniuscue.com within 48 hours of the incident.

  2. Provide account email, transaction ID, and incident details.

  3. Verified claims will result in restoration of credits.

  4. Cash refunds are not provided for technical disputes.


 

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a First-Time Purchase refund request:

  1. Email support@geniuscue.com with the subject: FIRST-TIME REFUND REQUEST.

  2. Include:

    • Registered account email

    • Transaction ID or purchase date

  3. All requests are reviewed according to eligibility criteria.


 

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method used.

  • Please note: banks or payment gateways may require additional time to post the refund.

  • Refunds via third-party payment processors comply with their policies and settlement times.


 

7. Digital Service Disclaimer

  • Since GeniusCue delivers digital services, refunds are generally limited to unused credits.

  • First-time guarantees are the only exception.

  • Refund eligibility is strictly monitored to prevent abuse.
