c. Credit Expiry:
Purchased credits expire 365 days (12 months) after the purchase date.
d. Pricing Changes: We may update pricing at any time, with changes displayed on the website.
e. No Auto-Renewal: All purchases are manual — no automatic subscriptions or recurring billing.
f. Non-Refundable: Credits are generally non-refundable, except as stated in the official Refund Policy.

 

7. Digital Delivery Policy

b. In rare cases of delays due to system or network issues, delivery may require up to 24 hours.
c. No physical items are shipped — all products are digital.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are handled according to our official Refund Policy available on the website. Summary:

13.5 Termination

We may remove affiliates engaging in fraud or violation of these terms. Fraudulent earnings will be forfeited.

 

14. Disclaimers

a. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
b. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free performance.
c. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; users must verify information independently.
d. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GeniusCue is not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

 

16. Dispute Resolution

a. Users must first contact our support team to resolve any issue.
b. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Pakistan.
